Yogurt semolina cake with blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 g semolina (soft wheat)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 kg blueberries, or berries of your choice
  • 1 jar jam
  • 4 packs of cake glaze
  • Fat, for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for 6 pieces

Whisk together eggs, oil, and yogurt. Stir in semolina, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F), fan oven at 150°C (300°F) for 35 minutes. Let cool. Wash the blueberries. Spread the cake with jam and arrange the berries on top. Prepare the glaze according to the instructions and spread it over the berries. Let cool until set.
