Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse grain
  • 1 tsp, leveled curry
  • 1 tsp, leveled turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

vegetarian with a fresh exotic touch

Peel the carrots, onions, and leeks and slice/slice them thinly. Squeeze the lemon. Peel the garlic and crush it with the sea salt in a mortar and pestle. Heat the butter in a saucepan or deep frying pan and lightly fry the vegetables. Mix the lemon juice with the mineral water and add it to the vegetables. Add the spices and honey and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in the cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Crumble the feta cheese and carefully fold it in at the very end. Serve with pasta or rice.
