Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
– suitable for a diet, or not –
Divide the cauliflower into fine florets. Cut the white cabbage into square pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them into medium-thin slices. This would be a diet. If you’re not on a diet, peel a potato now and cut it into small cubes. Scoop the sausages into small dumplings. Gently heat a little oil in a pot. Add the vegetables and sauté. Add the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and a little curry powder. Deglaze with the broth. Add the sausage balls and simmer gently until the vegetables have the desired bite. Then season with a little soy sauce and a very small amount of cumin. Add a little turmeric for the yellow color. Season with cayenne pepper to your liking. Finely chop the chives and add them to the soup. This soup can be spiced up as desired—vegetables according to taste. It’s also delicious with some green beans or kohlrabi. But be warned! Not too many types of cabbage, otherwise you’ll have a really bad night…
