quick and super tasty

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking tray or line it with baking paper. Finely mash the bananas, mix the butter with the sugar and banana puree. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and chocolate sprinkles. Spread the batter onto the baking tray. Bake in the oven (in the center, fan-assisted at 160 degrees Celsius) for 15-20 minutes. Let the cake cool. Roughly chop the chocolate coating and melt it in a water bath with oil, or heat the chocolate coating in the microwave and melt it. Then cover the cooled cake with the chocolate coating. Cut the cake into slices and decorate as desired.
