Pasta with semi-dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. B. Tortiglioni
  • some basil leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 260 g tomatoes, semi-dried, marinated
  • 1 large garlic clove(s) or 2 small
  • 1 pack of goat cheese or sheep cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Roughly chop the basil. Drain the semi-dried tomatoes well, reserving the oil. Drain the pasta. Sauté the garlic and tomatoes in 2 tablespoons of the reserved oil. Add the pasta. Crumble the goat’s or feta cheese and add it to the pasta along with the basil. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
