Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1,000 g rigatoni
- 500 g sausage (mortadella)
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp oregano, dried
- 2 tsp thyme, dried
- 3 bunches of chives
- 500 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water and drain. Cut mortadella (Italian sausage) into thin strips and chives into small rolls. Mix pasta, quark, mortadella, and seasonings well, and season to taste. Add chives, transfer to a greased, ovenproof dish, smooth the surface, and drizzle with cream. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 250°C. Serve with a tomato salad.
