Sausage salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg sausage (Lyoner), or ham sausage
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bell pepper(s), any color
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 5 m.-large gherkins
  • 3 packs of ready-made salad mix, e.g. salad dressing
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the sausage into the thinnest slices possible. Pat the feta cheese dry and cut into small pieces. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut into small, thin strips. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Cut the gherkins into small pieces or thin slices. Mix everything well. Prepare the dressing according to the package instructions. Squeeze the lemon, add the juice, and mix. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently again. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator until the next day.
