Radish and sausage salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the radishes and cut into small cubes. Cut the sausage into slightly larger cubes. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing, then whisk in the oil. Wash the chives and cut them into small rolls. Stir the marinade and chives into the salad and let it sit for 15 minutes.
