Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 shrimp(s), peeled, deveined
- 2 pinches of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp garlic oil (homemade is best)
- n. B. Smoking chips (beech chips)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
You can briefly soak the shrimp if desired. Then pat them dry and let them dry. Thread them onto wooden skewers, season with salt and pepper. Brush the garlic oil over them and smoke the shrimp on a grill at approximately 60-70 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes, depending on their size. Serve cold or still warm from the smoker.
