Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s), peeled
  • 1 liter of water, cold
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp, levelled sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the lemon, place it in a measuring jug, add the water, vanilla sugar, and sugar, and stir well. Strain the mixture into a carafe and refrigerate.
