Light fried herring salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 m.-large pointed pepper, red
  • 1 can of sweet and sour pickled herring
  • e.g. olive oil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly shred and wash the iceberg lettuce. Slice the washed and deseeded bell peppers with a slicer. Place both ingredients in a salad bowl and add the roughly chopped herring pieces. Pour the sweet and sour herring broth with olive oil (approx. 1:2) and a little pepper over the salad and gently toss everything together.
