Potato goulash with sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 sausages (Wiener)
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml meat broth, clear, hot
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the sausages. Trim, wash, and slice the carrots. Trim, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Fry the ham cubes in hot oil and then add the remaining ingredients. Heat for a few minutes. Then deglaze with the ketchup and stir thoroughly. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, marjoram, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour in the hot meat broth and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives before serving.
