Spicy tomato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • some parsley
  • 70 g cheese (crumbly Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with old Gouda

Remove the stems from the tomatoes, make a cross-shaped incision in the bottom, and briefly place them in boiling water. Then peel and slice them. Prepare a dressing of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and parsley and mix with the tomatoes. Coarsely grate the Gouda and drizzle over the salad.
