Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 romaine lettuce heart(s)
  • 6 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the lettuce into strips and wash. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything in a salad bowl and serve.
