Stuffed salmon rolls in sesame coating

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 bunch arugula, cleaned
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted without fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over moderate heat. Mix the cream cheese with chopped dill and a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread the cream cheese on the salmon slices, top with arugula leaves, and roll them up. Roll them in the sesame seeds and refrigerate for 1 hour.
