spicy and simple, also suitable for leftovers
Cut the turkey meat into thin (approx. 4 cm long) strips, toss with crushed garlic, a little olive oil, and roast chicken seasoning, and refrigerate. Boil the potatoes with their skins on until tender, then peel and slice. Wash the lettuce and toss well in a large bowl with a marinade made from apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. Season the potato slices well with barbecue seasoning or salt and pepper and fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil until crispy, turning occasionally. At the same time, fry the turkey strips in a second pan until golden brown. Meanwhile, transfer the salad mix to large plates, then arrange the cooked potatoes on top, followed by the turkey strips. If you like, drizzle with a few drops of pumpkin seed oil (this adds a spicy, nutty flavor).
