- 20 g pine nuts
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 200 g ricotta
- 2 handfuls of basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 g Parmesan
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. oregano
- Salt
- Sugar

Briefly brown the pine nuts in a pan without oil. Chop the bell pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese slightly—it depends on your blender. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding enough oil until the desired consistency is reached. Season with oregano, salt, and sugar. Tip: For a little extra spice, add a little chili or sriracha.
