Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 lamb chops
- Salt
- pepper
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 2 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
- 1 tbsp watercress for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the chops generously. Cream the butter or margarine until fluffy, then mix in the mustard, honey, and seasonings to taste until smooth. Brush the chops with this mixture. Grill the chops under the preheated grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Garnish with some chopped parsley and watercress. Serve with broccoli and boiled potatoes.
