Kuku Sabsi with Prawns

The perfect kuku sabsi with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Coriander
  • 125 g Parsley
  • 125 g Chives
  • 125 g Dill
  • 8 Pc. Egg
  • 1,25 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Barberries
  • 12 Pc. Walnuts
  • Oil
  • 200 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • Salt
  1. Beat the eggs with the flour in a bowl vigorously. A homogeneous mass should be created, which is now salted.
  2. Then chop the herbs as finely as possible, coarsely chop the walnuts and mix in with the barberry.
  3. Heat a little oil in a large (coated) pan and add the mixture. Brown over low heat for about 30 minutes with the lid closed.
  4. With the help of a large plate that you put upside down on the pan, the pancake can be turned after 20 to 30 minutes without it disintegrating.
  5. Now let the other side brown over a low heat for another 10 minutes.
  6. Finally fry the prawns and serve with the pancake and some yoghurt.
