Banana Pancake
The perfect banana pancake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 100 Milliliters Orange juice
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 piece Banana big
- 100 g Flour
- Cocoa powder
- Cinnamon
- Whisk the sugar, orange juice and eggs together.
- Cut half of the bananas into thin slices.
- Dip the banana slices in the egg mixture and take them out.
- Puree the rest of the bananas in the egg mixture, I use a masher.
- Stir in the flour.
- Put some oil in a large pan and heat on a low heat.
- Pour the dough into the pan in portions and immediately cover with the banana slices and press lightly.
- As soon as the banana slices stick to the dough, turn the pancake carefully and quickly.
- Sprinkle the finished pancake with cocoa powder and cinnamon.
