Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce

The perfect pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pork tenderloin
  • 500 g Brown mushrooms
  • 1 Onion (large)
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste (= garlic pressed and filled with oil)
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Vegetable broth (powder)
  • Salt
  • Rice as a side dish
  1. Boil rice, drain, set aside. Wash pork tenderloin, pat dry, fillet (remove tendons). Then cut into medallions and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Sweat the onions until golden yellow, add the gari paste, sweat with them. Add mushrooms, sweat. Add the cream and sour cream, bring to the boil briefly, season with paprika powder, cayenne pepper, stock powder, pepper and mustard.
  3. Fry the medallions and add to the sauce. Bring the sauce to the boil again, season to taste and serve with wild rice.
