- 12 Pc Slices of bacon

Burger patties
- For the homemade patties you should use fresh minced meat from the butcher you trust. The meat used must not be too lean so that the patty is in its own juice. As a rule of thumb: 1 kg freshly ground meat (beef; veal; pork or poultry), a little salt; some pepper and some brown sugar. Mix all ingredients well in a cold bowl and shape into a flat patty. Either fry them in a hot pan for approx. 5 minutes until they are juicy and crispy or put them on the grill. The basic patty can also be rounded off with fine, diced bacon and fresh herbs. Fresh thyme and chopped rosemary with a little fresh garlic also work. The sliced bun becomes particularly aromatic when it is coated with a little salted butter on the cut sides and roasted until crispy in the pan or on the grill. Burger buns
Pre-dough
