- 3 piece Chicken breast
- 15 disc Ham air dried
- 1 piece Pear
- Goat cream cheese
- 20 piece Potato
- 10 disc Chorizo sausage
- 2 toe Garlic fresh
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 4 piece Tomato
- 2 packet Feta
- 2 packet Garlic
- 50 Milliliters Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 pinch Dried basil
- 1 Handful Fresh basil
Sweet and spicy chicken packets
- Cut the chicken breasts into five equal pieces. Peel, quarter and core the pear. Then cut into slices approx. 2 – 3 mm thick. Rub a piece of chicken with approx. 1 teaspoon fresh goat cheese and lightly season with salt and pepper. Then roll two slices of pear in a slice of ham. Grill until crispy on the grill.
Fiery potato skewers
- Boil the potatoes in the skins in salted water for about 5 minutes, drain and cut in half. Halve the chorizo slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic, mix the garlic with the olive oil. Brush the cut side of the potatoes with garlic oil. Place half a slice of chorizo between 2 potato halves and stick 5 chorizo potatoes each on a wooden skewer. Grill the skewers on the edge of a grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning them several times, brush with the remaining oil.
Zucchini – Tomato – Feta – Garlic – Packet
- Tear off a piece of aluminum foil from the roll and fold the sides up to create a hollow. Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into slices. Put some olive oil (also very tasty with garlic oil) on the aluminum foil, spread as many zucchini pieces as possible on top (do not layer). Crumble the feta cheese on top. Place the tomato slices on top, again with plenty of feta cheese. Drizzle some oil over it and season with pepper, salt and dried basil. Chop the fresh basil and garlic cloves and sprinkle over them. Close aluminum foil over the vegetables so that the heat stays in the packet while grilling. Now put on the grill for 5-10 minutes.
