Dulce De Leche with Banana

- 1 Can Condensed milk
- 0,5 packet Oat biscuit for diabetics
- 75 g Butter
- 3 Pc. Banana
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- Brittle
- Boil the can with the sweetened condensed milk in a pot of water for about 2-3 hours. The can must always be covered with water and must never be opened while cooking. Then let it cool down. Pound the oat biscuits with a mortar. Melt 75 – 80 grams of butter slowly in a small saucepan and then pour it into the biscuit crumbs, stir evenly. Spread the buttered biscuit bread either in 4 small serving bowls or on a small baking tray about 1 cm high and press down with a spoon, then let it set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Carefully open the boiled, cooled condensed milk can. Spread the tough caramel mixture on the biscuit base, also max. 1 cm thick. Now cut the bananas into very thin slices and spread them like a fan on the caramel layer, whip the cream until stiff and cover all the bananas with it 1-2 cm.
