The perfect pilavlik rice with vegetables and chicken breast. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Rice pan :
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
is there e.g. at Edeka!
- 0,75 Cup Pilavlik Pirnic Rice
- 2 Cup Water
- 1,5 teaspoon Curry
- Coarse salt
Vegetables ready frozen:
- 25 g Carrots
- 25 g Broad beans
- 5 Pc. Sugar snap
- 25 g Kohlrabi fresh
- 25 g Zucchini
Garnish :
- 1 Pc. Organic chicken breast fillets
- 1 shot Rapeseed oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 Knife point Café de Paris
- Coarse salt
Vegetables:
- Take out of the chest or prepare. Cut everything into fine strips.
Rice pan :
- Melt the butter in the hot pan, fry the onion + rice until translucent. Deglaze with water, season, cook for a good 12 minutes with the lid covered.
- Add vegetables. and continue cooking for 8 minutes. In the end, the water must be used up.
Flesh :
- Cut into strips! Fry in hot oil, season, toss.
Serving:
- Place the rings on the plates, with the rice filling, press down. Add meat.
