Wild Berry Sauce
The perfect wild berry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 gr Frozen forest berries
- 50 gr Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 100 ml Water
- Put the wild berries in a saucepan.
- Add the powdered sugar and simmer gently.
- Dissolve the starch in the water and slowly add to the berry mixture.
- Bring to the boil briefly and then remove from the heat.
- Process into a sauce on a dessert plate.
- You can then put mousse, ice cream or small cakes on top.
