Wild Berry Sauce

The perfect wild berry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 gr Frozen forest berries
  • 50 gr Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Put the wild berries in a saucepan.
  1. Add the powdered sugar and simmer gently.
  1. Dissolve the starch in the water and slowly add to the berry mixture.
  1. Bring to the boil briefly and then remove from the heat.
  1. Process into a sauce on a dessert plate.
  1. You can then put mousse, ice cream or small cakes on top.
