Pork Tenderloin Pineapple Wok with Chinese Noodles
The perfect pork tenderloin pineapple wok with chinese noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Chinese noodles:
- 250 g ( ½ Packung ) Chinesische Nudeln mit Ei / Schnellkochend ( Quick-Cooking Nodles )
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Pork tenderloin and pineapple wok:
- 1 Fresh pork fillet 450 – 500 g
- 1 Large onion approx. 150 g
- 1 Red chilli pepper approx. 20 g
- 2 Large cloves of garlic
- 1 piece Ginger approx. 20 g
- 1 bunch Spring onions approx. 150 g
- 1 Red bell pepper approx. 200 g
- 400 g Pineapple pieces (1 can 500 g / weight 400 g)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 2 Strong pinches of sea salt from the mill
- 2 Strong pinches of colored pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Food starch
Chinese noodles:
- Let the noodles soak in hot salted water (1 teaspoon) for 20 minutes, drain, toss in oil (2 tablespoons) and keep warm until serving.
Pork tenderloin and pineapple wok:
- Clean / parry the pork fillet and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut in half, quarter and cut into wedges. Clean, wash and finely dice the chilli pepper. Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic cloves. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small diamonds. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut the green part diagonally into rings, halve the white part lengthways and cut diagonally into rings. Drain the pineapple can and catch the juice. Heat the oil (1 tbsp) in the wok and fry the chili peppers, ginger cubes and onion wedges vigorously and slide them to the edge of the wok. Add oil (1 tbsp each) and fry the pork fillet slices in two portions. Add the vegetables (pepper diamonds, spring onion rings and pineapple pieces), stir-fry everything vigorously and deglaze / pour over the pineapple juice. With light soy sauce (2 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), light rice vinegar (1 tbsp), brown sugar (1 tbsp), sambal oelek (1 tsp), sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper Season from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve Chinese noodles with pork tenderloin pineapple wok.
Tip:
- Possibly: Put the noodles in the pork tenderloin and pineapple wok, mix and serve.
