Kohlrabi – Leek – Vegetables with Red – White Quinoa

The perfect kohlrabi – leek – vegetables with red – white quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 g Alsan
  • 1 half Stick of leek
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 Cup Warm vegetable broth
  • 1 piece Kohlrabi freshly diced
  • 1 piece Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups Quinoa
  • 4 cups Hot vegetable broth
  1. Heat Alsan in the pan, toss the leek in it, dust with the rice flour and allow to evaporate. Top up with the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Now add the diced kohlrabi pieces and bring everything to a simmer and let simmer for 15 minutes, the sauce simmering a little.
  2. Bring the quinoa to the boil in the vegetable stock, remove the heat and let it swell, then serve.
