Spicy Protein Bread

- 300 g Lean curd
- 8 Pc. Egg white size M
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 100 g Flaxseed crushed
- 4 tbsp Wheat bran
- 5 tbsp Wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 g Chili powder
- 0,5 Chopped onion
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper and preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Apart from the lean curd and the egg white, all ingredients are now mixed together in a bowl. Stir in egg white and lean curd and then knead into a compact dough with the kneading pegs of the hand mixer.
- Now the dough is poured into the loaf pan and smoothed out. The bread is baked for 50 minutes and then has to cool down in the pan for 10 minutes before you can turn it out.
