Hawaiian Snails

- 1 role Puff pastry
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- 6 Discs Boiled ham, depending on the size
- 4 Discs Pineapple
- 1 Egg yolk
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry together with the baking paper and let it rest briefly. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Spread the ham and pineapple on the dough, leaving about 1cm free on the edge. Sprinkle with Emmental. Roll up the sheet of dough from the long side using the baking paper. Cut the roll into approx. 10 pieces and place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of water. Brush the dough pieces with it. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
