Mushrooms De Gourmet

The perfect mushrooms de gourmet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Giant mushrooms
  • 1 piece Fresh tomato
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 150 g Grated Gouda
  • 300 g Pig meat
  • Minced meat seasoning
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a brush, then use a knife and spoon to clear everything inside so that we can fill it up with mince. Now we cut what we took out of the mushrooms and put them on a plate. Peel and chop the onion, then cut the tomato into slices. Now put the meat in a bowl.
  2. Now we add the onion to the meat and mix it through. Now add the spice, then mix everything again. Now I add what I have cut into small pieces of the mushrooms and mix it all with the ground meat. Now I put oil in a pan on level 1 on the electric stove and put the mushrooms in the pan and slowly fry them.
  3. When I have seared them lightly on both sides, I take them out of the pan and let them cool down. Now put some oil back into the pan where we seared the mushrooms and now we add the mince and slowly fry it on level 2 of the electric stove. Now we take the pan off the hotplate and let it cool down.
  4. Now preheat the oven to a 180 degree electric stove. Now we put the meat in the mushrooms so that they are covered to the edge. The best way to do this is with a tablespoon. Now I put the tomato slice on top and pour the cheese over it. Place baking paper on grids and then place the finished mushrooms on top, close the oven door and watch how the cheese runs.
  5. Place on a small plate and serve. That I have a nice starter with a good glass of red wine. Now I wish you a lot of fun cooking. The hobby chef sends love greetings in 1961 P.S. I’m here again after a long time and I hope you like the new recipes.
