Goulash with Vegetables and Red Wine

The perfect goulash with vegetables and red wine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kg Pork goulash
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 500 g Onions
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 1 liter Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Clarified butter
  1. Clean and chop the soup vegetables, peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves, clean and dice the bell peppers, cut the chilli peppers very finely and sauté everything with the meat in the clarified butter.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste, season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder, dust everything with the flour, pour in the red wine and let it simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve the goulash with boiled potatoes.
