Turkey Curry Soup
The perfect turkey curry soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Turkey schnitzel
- 2 piece Halved leek lengthways and cut
- 1 liter Chicken broth
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 piece Bananas
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 teaspoon Curry
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds without shell
- 1 tablespoon Yogurt
- Cook the turkey schnitzel and leek in the broth for 10 minutes.
- Remove the meat, cut into small cubes and set aside.
- Mash a banana with lemon juice and add to the soup. Dice the other banana and place with the meat.
- Add the spices to the soup. Now add the meat and the banana, heat everything slightly, season well and stir in the crème fraiche.
- Roast the pumpkin seeds without fat.
- Serve the finished plate with yogurt and pumpkin seeds. Good Appetite.
