Turkey Curry Soup

The perfect turkey curry soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Turkey schnitzel
  • 2 piece Halved leek lengthways and cut
  • 1 liter Chicken broth
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 piece Bananas
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon Curry
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds without shell
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  1. Cook the turkey schnitzel and leek in the broth for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the meat, cut into small cubes and set aside.
  3. Mash a banana with lemon juice and add to the soup. Dice the other banana and place with the meat.
  4. Add the spices to the soup. Now add the meat and the banana, heat everything slightly, season well and stir in the crème fraiche.
  5. Roast the pumpkin seeds without fat.
  6. Serve the finished plate with yogurt and pumpkin seeds. Good Appetite.
