- 1 Pc. Lemon
- 4 Pc. Leek
- 100 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
- 2 Pc. Pears
- 250 g Blue cheese
- 100 g Butter
- Salt
- Wash the leek, chop it up and blanch briefly, squeeze the lemon and set the juice aside. Then chop the chilli.
- Wash the pears and cut out five rings of the same size from the thickest part, please also remove the core.
