  • 100 g Cocktail tomatoes

  • 2 Pc. Pears
  • 250 g Blue cheese
  • 100 g Butter
  • Salt
  1. Wash the leek, chop it up and blanch briefly, squeeze the lemon and set the juice aside. Then chop the chilli.
