Vegetarian Asia Mince Pan
The perfect vegetarian asia mince pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Wide Mie noodles
- 350 g Quorn hack
- 1 glass Asian sprout mix
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 2 cm Ginger
- 400 g Tk Asia vegetables
- 1 tbsp Sesame or peanut oil
- Salt pepper
- 100 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp 5-Gewürze-Pulver
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel and finely chop ginger. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the Quorn mince for a few minutes. Add the frozen vegetable mixture and ginger and fry for another 5 minutes. Drain the sprouts from the glass and add them as well.
- Add water, 5-spice powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sambal oelek, mix well. Use salt sparingly as the soy sauce is already salty. Finally fold in the drained pasta.
