Baked Pasta with Gyros and Vegetables

  • 200 gr Zucchini
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 100 gr Gouda cheese
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt pepper
  • 300 gr Pasta
  • 300 gr Gyros meat ready seasoned
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Light sauce thickener
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. And cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Wash and clean the zucchini and thinly slice or slice. Rinse the tomatoes with cold water and cut into wedges.
  2. Heat the butter in a large pan and steam the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes. Turn it every now and then and season with salt and pepper.
