Apple Balls

  • 600 g Breadcrumbs
  • 150 g Dried apple
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tl Cinnamon powder
  • 6 small Eggs
  • Frying fat (mainly vegetable fat)
  1. Mix the ingredients. Let the fryer or pan get hot with plenty of oil. Shape the mixture into balls the size of a ping-pong ball and deep-fry until golden brown.
