Poultry: Peppers – Chicken

The perfect poultry: peppers – chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 great Roast chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sweet paprika
  • Basil oil
  1. We get the chicken from the farm, remove all feather remains, wash it nicely, rub salt on all sides, sprinkle with pepper and paprika powder and put in a pan.
  2. Drizzle generously with basil oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for a good 1.5 hours, which was not preheated.
  3. Then place it under the grill for a good 20 minutes and let it become crispy.
  4. There was also a warm Swabian potato salad and a salad with mandarins – Rz here in my cookbook 😉
