The perfect poultry: peppers – chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 great Roast chicken
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika
- Basil oil
- We get the chicken from the farm, remove all feather remains, wash it nicely, rub salt on all sides, sprinkle with pepper and paprika powder and put in a pan.
- Drizzle generously with basil oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for a good 1.5 hours, which was not preheated.
- Then place it under the grill for a good 20 minutes and let it become crispy.
- There was also a warm Swabian potato salad and a salad with mandarins – Rz here in my cookbook 😉
