Tagliatelle with Apple Red Cabbage and Mozzarella

- 500 gr Tagliatelle
- 430 gr Red cabbage frozen or in a glass)
- 2 Apples
- 2 Packs Mozzarella
- 400 ml Cream
- Salt, pepper who likes nutmeg
- 2 El Butter
- Cook the ribbon pasta until al dente. Heat the butter in a saucepan, peel, core and dice the apples and sauté with the butter. Then bring the cream, the spices and the mozzarella cut into cubes to the boil for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- In the meantime, heat the red cabbage and drain the ribbon noodles in a sieve. Now add the red cabbage and the ribbon noodles to the apple mozzarella sauce and mix well. Ladies, please sit down well on your hips: o))))
