Milkshakes: Healthy Meal Replacement for Seniors

A study by the German Society for Nutrition (DGE) pointed out in 2012 that people who only eat meals from “Meals on Wheels” risked developing deficiency symptoms. Strawberry Banana Shake

  • 25 grams of strawberries
  • 25 g bananas (fresh)
  • 2 ml lime juice
  • 100 ml milk (1.5 percent fat)
