Disadvantages of an apple diet
When it comes to diets, things can often go wrong.
- Although you can lose weight with the apple diet, a yo-yo effect often occurs afterward. This means that the weight is gained again. The reason for this is that the diet cannot be carried out continuously.
- It can be very dangerous to eat only apples. As a result, the body lacks important nutrients. Therefore it is recommended to take the daily meals after the apples.
- It is very likely that you will feel listless during the diet. Typical detoxification symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, and bad mood can also occur during the apple diet.
