  • For the vanilla coffee wreath cream, you need Two bags of biscuits (coffee wreaths), two packs of vanilla cream powder, two bowls of cream cheese, 30g powdered sugar, 600ml milk, two cups of whipped cream, and two packs of vanilla sugar.
  • First, you crumble the coffee wreaths.
  • Next, whip the cream until stiff, mix the cream cheese with the icing sugar and mix the vanilla cream powder according to the instructions on the package.
  • Now mix the vanilla cream and the cream cheese with the help of a mixer. Then fold in the cream.
  • Now layer this in dessert bowls or a large bowl. You start with the biscuit crumbs, followed by the finished vanilla cream. Finish with the biscuit crumbs. As an additional decoration, chocolate bars can be halved and placed in the cream.

Simple mascarpone vanilla cream

Next, we would like to show you an alternative to the classic vanilla pudding: the mascarpone vanilla cream. It takes 15 minutes to prepare and is not difficult.

  • For this recipe, you need 35g sugar, three egg yolks, 250g whipped cream, a vanilla bean, three leaves of gelatine, and 250g mascarpone.
  • Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  • Then mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Make sure that little air gets in.
  • Now cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape it out. Now boil the pod and the marrow with the cream.
  • Mix this carefully with the sugar-egg yolk mixture. Now you need to heat the entire mass to 82 degrees, stirring constantly. You need to check the temperature with a thermometer.
  • Then take it off the stove and pass it through a fine sieve. Using a hand blender, mix everything again and dissolve the squeezed-out gelatine in it.
  • When everything has cooled, fold in the mascarpone. Cover and place the cream in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • Now you can arrange the mascarpone vanilla cream.

The homemade vanilla pudding

We have now selected the classic vanilla dessert for you: the vanilla pudding. Everyone likes it and it goes with many things. Our recipe is very simple and takes no more than 20 minutes.

  • For the recipe you need: A vanilla bean, 500ml milk, 70g powdered sugar, three egg yolks, and 30g cornstarch.
  • Scrape out the vanilla pod, add the milk and bring to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar for at least three minutes to create a thick mixture.
  • When everything is almost white, stir in the cornstarch.
  • Now add the mixture to the milk while stirring constantly and bring to the boil again.
  • Now put the finished pudding in small bowls and let it cool down.
