Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 500 g flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g margarine
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)
- 200 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the eggs and sugar, then add the sour cream and margarine and whisk again. Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Spread everything onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C until the dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then cut out circles with a glass and set them aside. Crumble the remaining dough. Whisk the condensed milk with the butter and brush the cut-out dough circles with it, then roll them in the crumbs. Tip: Boil the condensed milk in a water bath for 1-2 hours for an even better taste. You can also refine the crumbs with sprinkles, nuts, almonds, etc.
