A super delicious Greek dessert

First, whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Then, bring the milk, semolina, and vanilla pod to a boil, stirring constantly. If desired, add a little more vanilla pudding powder. Simmer until a nice, creamy consistency is reached. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the egg and sugar mixture. Then add the butter and a little lemon zest. Place two layers of filo pastry in a well-greased baking dish and brush with melted butter. Then add your cream and at least two more layers of filo pastry with butter. Place the whole thing in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon, and your sweet bougatsa is ready. Kali Orexi!
