Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • some oil, neutral, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For sushi rolls (maki) with seaweed (nori)

Whisk eggs with salt and fry in an oiled pan like a thin omelet. Let cool, then cut into thin strips, which you then incorporate into maki sushi (rice rolls). The yellow egg strips add a great color and create a nice contrast to the other ingredients like peppers, cucumbers, carrots, etc.
