Lightning Prawns in Coconut Milk

- 250 g Prawns, raw, peeled, deveined and glazed / frozen / 16 pieces
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp 9-Pfeffer Symphonie von ANKERKRAUT *)
- 6 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 10 tbsp Coconut milk
- Thaw the prawns in good time, wash them thoroughly in cold salted water (1 tablespoon of salt), rinse with cold running water, dry on kitchen paper and divide into 2 small casserole dishes.
