  • 250 g tuna, in oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or natural yogurt

  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 4 leaves of radicchio
  • 8 slices of white bread (tray bread) or sandwich bread
  • 1 tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tramezzini with tonneau

Drain the tuna and shred it slightly with a fork. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt, stir in the tuna, and season everything with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Wash the radicchio leaves and pat them dry. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and slice the tomato as thinly as possible. Place a radicchio leaf and tomato slices on each of 4 slices of bread and spread the tuna mixture on top. Cover with the remaining slices of bread and press down lightly. Cut the bread diagonally. Tips: for a change, you can also mix 1 teaspoon of capers or finely chopped herbs (dill tips, parsley, basil) and lettuce such as arugula into the tuna mixture. If you like, cut the bread diagonally twice to make them even easier to eat.
