Pasta with sage butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle or spaghetti
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 16 leaves of fresh sage

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and drain well. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the sage leaves. Melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the garlic. Add the sage and cook for half a minute, stirring. Add the pasta and mix well. Serve immediately.
