Gnocchi with spinach cream sauce and feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of spinach, frozen (400 g)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 pack of gnocchi (ready-made product)
  • 5 leaves of wild garlic or 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the spinach in a pan until thawed. Reduce the heat slightly; do not allow it to boil. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg and add the very finely chopped wild garlic. Then pour in the cream and season again to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions and dice the feta cheese. Serve the gnocchi with the spinach sauce and sprinkle with feta cheese cubes. Garnish with wild garlic leaves, if desired.
