Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (farfalle)
  • Salt
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 sausages (Vienna-style poultry sausages)
  • 1 onion(s), peeled
  • 50 g salad cream
  • 200 g yogurt (full milk)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 150 g tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water according to instructions. Drain and let it drain. Steam peas in a little salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let it drain. Clean and dice the bell peppers. Slice the sausages. Mix with the pasta, peas, and bell peppers. Finely dice the onion. Mix with the salad cream, yogurt, milk, tomato ketchup, and tomato puree. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Combine the sauce and salad.
